Yuan Ze University won the Gold Prize of 2010 Outstanding PCB Thesis Award |

Taiwan PCB institute hosts the "Outstanding Thesis Award" in 2010. It has accepted PCB-related thesis from universities in Taiwan. After competition, Wei-Hsiang Wu, the PhD student from Yuan Ze University won the Gold Prize(60,000 NT dollars) this year by his thesis "A Study on the Soldering Reaction between Sn3Ag0.5Cu and Electrolytic-Ni Coated with A Au/Pd(P) Bilayer Surface Finish". He is taught by C. E. Ho Ph.D. Besides, it has also chosen seven parts of Merit Prizes. The winners will have presentation on Impact.
Besides, we added Mechatronics and Automation award item, and chose two parts of Merit Prizes to encourage more students to join the machine-related research.
On the behalf of Institute, Andy Huang(The director of TPCA& Managing director of Atotech Taiwan Limited), the convener of PCB Institute committee, awarded metals and scholarships to each winners in the welcome party on 20th, October. Their theses will be displayed during the show. (Booth K015). We are sincerely expecting your participation.
