3, PCB spell shape as close as possible to the square, recommended 2 x 2, 3 x 3,...... Spell board; but do not make Yin and Yang board;
4, the center distance between the control panel between 75 mm and 145 mm;
5, set the benchmark positioning point, usually around the location of the setting of a larger than 1.5 mm of the non solder area;
6, fight near the connection point between the outer frame and the inner plate, and the plate plate plate cannot have big devices or out of the device, and PCB components and the edge of the plate should be more than 0.5mm of space, in order to ensure the normal operation of cutting tool;
7, in the outline of the frame of the four corners out of the positioning hole, aperture 4mm + 0.01mm; the strength of the hole to moderate, to ensure that the upper and lower plate in the process will not break; aperture and position accuracy is high, the hole wall smooth without burr;
8, PCB fight each small plate in at least three positioning holes, 3 diameter less than 6 mm, the edge location does not allow the wiring or patch holes in 1mm;
9, for the whole board of PCB positioning and positioning reference symbols used for fine pitch devices, in principle, a spacing of less than 0.65mm QFP should be set up in the diagonal position; for the locating datum symbol PCB on the imposition should be used in pairs, diagonally arranged on the positioning elements;
10, large components to keep the positioning column or positioning hole, such as I/O interface, microphone, battery interface, micro switch, headphone interface, motor, etc..
